    Solamor Project. Kish, Iran 2023

Solamore is one of the successful brands in the clothing design and production industry in Iran, and the design of the branch located in Mikamal Kish was entrusted to our studio. The symbol of Solamore is a horse, therefore the concept and basis of the design work are based on the proportions and coefficients of the spheres and circles that are in the role of the horse-drawn by Catherine Twomey, inspired by Da Vinci's horse model. According to this model, we started the design of the plan and the formal composition of the walls of this space; In other words, we moved the focus from corners, broken walls, and edges to soft and curved walls to create a fluid and dynamic space. Display, easy presentation, and open access to the clothes and samples of this brand were among the goals that were considered in the implementation of this plan.

The electrical and mechanical installations in this space created limitations that we responded to by creating circular holes in the high ceiling and suspending the cut of these vents in place from the ceiling to help the dynamics of the space in addition to responding to the installation needs. On the other hand, due to its location on Kish Island, this space had the potential to be able to use the features of its substrate in the design, so that in addition to the visual representation, it would also be compatible and connected with the substrate itself. This was achieved by using materials and colors that give the user the feeling of being on the beach.
